Saliva testing has a long history and has been widely used in the medical community, from testing for bronchitis 200 years ago to the COVID-19 rapid tests used recently. The biomarkers in Liva Test have been scientifically validated and proven to be highly correlated with various disease risks, providing reliable risk indicators suitable for health screening and monitoring over time.
Not at all. Simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the box and place the test swab under your tongue for a few minutes—no needles, no pricking, and zero discomfort. The entire sample collection process takes less than 5 minutes.
We recommend performing the test two hours after a meal. If you feel thirsty, you may drink a small glass of water 5 minutes before the test.
Once the sample arrives at the laboratory, your Liva Test report is usually ready within 10 working days. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
No. To protect your privacy, we will only upload your report after you have logged in or registered an account and specifically requested the upload.
All reports are reviewed by our team before sending to you. If any results fall outside the reference range, on our EquiMed portal there will be a personalized audio explanation from a qualified healthcare professional on your report, offering additional context or suggestions to help you better understand the test.
Your data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS encryption in transit. We do not sell or share your data to third parties, and you can download your records from your account at any time.
